Returns: 
Items are custom made to order; all sales are final. No returns or refunds. When an order is placed, the items are sent to production.

Exchange:
IMPORTANT: Please contact customer service and wait for instructions prior to shipping back. A package that is not expected by our receiving department risks being rejected (return to sender).

Wish to exchange one, or more items? For a smooth operation;

  2. Provide your order number (#RIDE-xxxx)
  3. Advise the reason for exchange (we want to help you find the correct exchange)

We offer a 30-day exchange policy from the day your order has been delivered for unworn, undamaged, and unwashed merchandise. The item(s) must be deemed by RIDE COSMIC to be unworn/undamaged before they can be accepted.

Items are custom made to order; exchanges are subject to a $7 restocking fee per item. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. If the reason for exchange is one of legitimate defect or fulfillment error, the restocking fee for the item in question will be waived.

The exchange policy is subject to change without notice.
